Thanks to everyone who made the World Folk Art Festival a success! We enjoyed seeing so
many people having fun and learning about different folk art traditions! We hope to see you
next year. While the 2010 Festival is over, you can still check out the companion exhibit
through December!

See folk art items pulled out of the Historical
Society's collection and learn what folk art means.
See jewelry made out of hair, a picture frame crafted from matchsticks, a handmade
Norwegian fiddle inlaid with mother-of-pearl, and more, in WITH OUR HANDS: Folk Art Treasures,
on display through July.
