Washington History Day

History Day 2008 Theme

The 2007-2008 theme is "Conflict and Compromise in History." You can download a copy of the theme summary sheet at www.nationalhistoryday.org, or contact the state office and we will mail you a copy.

The Secretary of State, Division of Archives has created a comprehensive list of "Great Topic Ideas" that includes resources and facilities. It will be available at this years teacher workshops in hard copy form, or you can download the PDF version.
