The Washington State Historical Society offers a variety of educational services to the schools and educational institutions of Washington State. From museum field trips, to outreach services, and a host of available publications, we are here to support the educator's efforts to teach the story of Washington. A HISTORY BOX has been developed for classroom use in conjunction with this exhibit and contains: curriculum plans, maps, books, period toys, clothing and classroom items, the "What is This?" collection and early Olympia memorabilia. Artifacts and four notebooks of reproduced historic photographs can be used to create an in-class exhibit. Recommended for pre-visit classroom preparation. $20 for 1 week and $25 for 2 weeks.
